Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory capacity are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members and ensure safety procedures.
