Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own merchandising areas like Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. You will help drive Legendary Service and ensure safe, efficient store operations while coordinating with the Store Manager and Sales Manager.

The role emphasizes leading shifts, promoting engagement with customers, and maintaining high standards across Clothing, BOPIS/OMNI support, and recovery tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members, delegate tasks and ensure safe work practices.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and front-end recovery as assigned.
