Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and manage assigned sales-floor areas. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have retail or related experience, with supervisory background and a commitment to safety, attendance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Be available, flexible, adaptable and service‑oriented to meet business needs.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and safety practices.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance and recovery.
