Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own key sales-floor areas. The role emphasizes Legendary Service, Power Panel/Clipstrip/Endcap ownership, and BOPIS/OMNI support in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead shifts, model selling behaviors, and ensure safety, attendance, and coworker development while managing front-end tasks and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing/counting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Deliver legendary service and coach team members for selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI; lead shifts and delegate tasks to team members.
• Operate cash register and forklift; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately; obtain needed licenses/certifications.
