Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. You will be a top selling Team Member with ownership of assigned areas and BOPIS/OMNI tasks based on store needs.

Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a customer-first mindset, coordinating shifts and ensuring safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Read, write, and count accurately

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to ensure execution.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers at checkout and loading.
