Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. The role also involves supporting BOPIS/OMNI tasks and leading shifts with task delegation and safety.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, some supervisory background, and a willingness to adapt to varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write/count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery and assigned standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, customer handoff and follow-up.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Operate cash register/computer and other equipment; assist customers loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
