Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. This role also covers BOPIS/OMNI duties as needed and requires flexibility for varied shifts.

You will lead team members during shifts, ensure safe operations, and model selling behaviors to drive customer engagement and store performance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, supervisory experience desired.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and lead assigned Team Members during shifts.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and replenishment.
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as needed.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and follow policies.
• Perform front-end, sales-floor, and merchandise recovery duties as assigned.
