Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. The role includes guiding shifts, delivering Legendary Service, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The Team Leader will also support BOPIS/OMNI execution, front-end routines, and overall store readiness, collaborating with management to meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Reading, writing, and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer engagement routines.
• Operate front-end processes and maintain store readiness.
