• Assist store manager in promoting a strong sales culture and customer service.
• Maintain professionalism and positive store morale.
• Support store manager in executing store responsibilities through staff actions.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Identify current and future customer needs through rapport with customers.
• Engage with local community groups aligning with company values.
• Solicit customers to sign up for FFH programs (loyalty, warranties, financing).
• Manage and protect inventory and assets per policy against theft or damage.
• Ensure merchandise is received, stored, and displayed per procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment with compliance to legal requirements.
• Assist with marketing strategy changes by reviewing financials and sales data.
• Support consistent operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
