Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Assist store manager in promoting an aggressive sales culture with an intense focus on superior customer service.
• Maintains professionalism and positive store morale.
• Assist store manager in execution and performance of store responsibilities through associates and/or own actions.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers.
• Establish relationships with local community groups and support programs.
• Solicit customers to sign up for company programs (loyalty, warranties, financing).
• Protect inventory and assets; comply with policies against theft and damage.
• Ensure merchandise is received, stored, and merchandised per procedures.
• Maintain safety and a clean store environment; minimize risk.
• Assist with marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial statements and sales records.
• Support store manager in maintaining consistent operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned by store manager or company official.
