Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Collaborate with store management to support daily store operations and maintain high standards.
Provide daily coaching and in-the-moment feedback to ensure clear expectations and great service.
Ensure stock availability, proper merchandising, and efficient floor replenishment.
Assign daily tasks and schedules to keep colleagues productive and focused.
Oversee store operations including opening/closing and duty management when needed.
Address customer issues professionally and escalate where appropriate.
