Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in the United States is seeking a Team Leader to inspire, coach, and develop Sales Associates. You will drive a high-performing team, ensure an outstanding store environment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while optimizing sales.

You will collaborate with store management to run daily operations, recruit and onboard staff, manage cash lanes, and coordinate stock and pricing to meet customer demand. Fluency in English and strong people skills are essential.

• Experience supporting store management with protection of people, property and premises; keyholder responsibilities.
• Ability to effectively manage difficult situations and have good problem-solving skills.
• Position holder must communicate effectively in English with managers and hourly colleagues to provide instruction, coaching, and safety guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Associates to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimizing sales.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and training on Primark ways of working with ongoing feedback.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Sales Associates.
• Manage cash lanes and fitting rooms as needed and assist with pricing and displays.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints and ensure stock accuracy and availability.
