• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive, approachable manner.
• Help organize and stock merchandise; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain storefront displays and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, records and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor.
• Protect company assets including cash and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
