You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and help maintain store standards while providing a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as described in duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Assist customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise, stockroom transfers, and maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed, and follow corporate directives.
• Maintain store displays and ensure promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling, and support loss prevention.
