Total Wine & More in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers. You will support store operations and help develop a sales-focused culture, leading a team, recruiting, training, and strengthening product knowledge and guest experience.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a willingness to ensure compliance with alcohol laws, manage payroll

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in a managerial or supervisory role in retail
• Experience leading and developing a sales-focused team
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics
• Recruit, train, and lead store team, including development
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising, shrink
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
