Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. This role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service and modeling top selling behaviors, with ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.

The position requires flexible availability, strong customer engagement, and the ability to lead shifts while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to uphold standards and safety.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and customer handoff.
