Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas in a Texas store.

The role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs, with opportunities to lead shifts and drive front-end and floor recovery routines while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or knowledge in farming/ranching/pet/equine/welding is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and follow-up.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
