Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. The role focuses on coaching Team Members and owning key sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps, with Omni support as needed.

Successful candidates will lead shifts, ensure safe work practices, and maintain high standards in clothing and department recovery. This position emphasizes hands-on leadership in a retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Assist front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
