West Coast Convenience, the parent company behind Loop Neighborhood Market, is seeking team members for all shifts at Loop Neighborhood Market, Poppy Market and more across California. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team dedicated to safety, training, and high-quality service.

You will operate the store during your shift, assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Ability to work a flexible schedule across first, second or third shifts.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English for store operations.
• Ability to perform basic math including making change.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders as needed.
• Comfort with exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Ability to work in coolers, outdoors and varied temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the cash register and keep it balanced during shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
