The role requires 2+ years of store leadership, strong communication, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining brand standards and a respectful, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• In Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage expenses, shrink, and drive profitability with Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Foster accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
