Qualifications

• 2+ years retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Inclusive leadership and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory processes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
