Qualifications

• A successful team leader must demonstrate excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• They will need to have good oral/written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and associates.
• A team leader must be team-oriented, with strong management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Assist store manager in promoting an aggressive sales culture with a focus on superior customer service.
• Maintains professionalism and positive store morale.
• Assist in execution and performance of store responsibilities through associates and/or own actions.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by engaging with customers.
