Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in driving sales and customer service excellence.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results and store operations.
• Identify customer needs and build rapport with actual and potential customers.
• Assist in inventory control, merchandising and loss prevention efforts.
