• Identify customer needs by engaging actual and potential customers.
• Build relationships and support local community groups aligned with company values.
• Encourage sign-ups for Family Farm and Home programs (loyalty, financing, etc.).
• Protect inventory and assets; enforce safety and policy compliance.
• Assist in marketing decisions by reviewing store analytics and sales data.
• Maintain operations by coordinating policies and procedures; support management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager or company official.
