American Eagle is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to drive store performance and guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and guest service.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, manage performance, and collaborate on short- and long-term business plans. This role values integrity, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales as a Leader on Duty by increasing productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead, train and develop team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and onboard talent to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct development plans and reviews.
