Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach team members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The position requires retail experience and, preferably, supervisory background. Expect varied shifts, a focus on safety, and a commitment to customer engagement and team development.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights/weekends/overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to uphold standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Lead team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking and handoff to customers.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
