Qualifications

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture.
• Provide coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence on the sales floor.
• Develop training plans to improve store performance and coach team members.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adjust schedules and implement policies.
• Maintain knowledge of product categories and merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to engage customers and promote Boot Barn Credit Card and loyalty programs.
• Ensure stock levels, assortments, signing, and presentations meet company guidelines.
• Drive inventory shrink reduction with the store team and implement related policies.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
