Boot Barn in the United States is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer service, and achieve store sales goals. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational excellence across all store functions.

The Store Manager will collaborate with district leadership to optimize staffing, training, and scheduling while upholding Boot Barn's heritage, community values, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Implement and uphold continuous learning with expert product knowledge across categories; develop training plans for partners to achieve full competency.
• Assess and communicate localized customers’ needs to District Manager.
• Analyze and measure business trends to maximize sales to meet or exceed key metrics and sales goals.
• Review sales goals with partners, provide coaching, feedback, and recognition; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet the changing business needs and payroll expenses.
• Adapt to changing needs; adjust store schedule, payroll implications, and train staff on new procedures.
• Ensure stock levels and presentations adhere to visual guidelines; train partners on guidelines.
• Lead and coach associates in building customer engagement through loyalty programs.
• Partner with District Manager to plan and execute experiential events and community outreach.
• Ensure the store leadership team understands their roles per the leadership matrix.
• Complete opening and closing procedures to company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, teamwork with customers, teammates, partners and vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned by Store Manager, District Manager or Store Support Center partners.
