Job summary

Boot Barn in Florida seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and upholding the Boot Barn Mission. This role focuses on operations, merchandising, and team development on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, schedule staffing, train staff on policies, and engage with the local community while ensuring compliance with company standards and local laws.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills; flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, coach, provide feedback, and recognize excellence on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, interviewing, and hiring; train staff on policies and procedures.
