Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Keyholder to support store management, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role focuses on daily operations, merchandising, and creating a welcoming environment.

You will open/close the store, assist customers, manage registers, and motivate staff while maintaining store standards. Prior supervisory experience and reliability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience is required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must be available various hours including weekends and AM/PM.
• Ability to operate company computer systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team and daily store operations.
• Open/close procedures, register handling, cash counting and bank deposits.
• Support sales, cashiering, stocking, and product transfers as needed.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
