AT&T in Santa Clara, California, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, boost customer service, and optimize store efficiency. You will help oversee merchandising, product launches, and team development to meet performance goals.

You'll coach a team of retail sales consultants, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
