AT&T in Florida (Aventura) seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, merchandising and product launches. You will partner with the store manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll gain experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, participating in leadership training and development opportunities within AT&T. This role emphasizes teamwork and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
