AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Miami, FL to lead daily store operations and coach a team of retail sales consultants. You will work with the store manager to meet sales goals, drive exceptional customer experiences, and participate in merchandising and product launches.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with stakeholders to execute initiatives beyond the store. Training is provided to prepare you for leadership success.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
