Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience with our services and devices.

You will coach retail sales consultants, manage schedules, and partner with regional teams to implement initiatives. Prior management experience and telecom/retail knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
• From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive operational excellence, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Partner with regional teams and stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store walls.
