Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, promotional and seasonal displays and price changes.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Ensure the care and safe handling of live animals and sanitation of holding areas.
• Maintain safe, clean store conditions and follow loss prevention procedures.
