Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-volume environment. You will supervise salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff while ensuring exceptional customer service and brand standards.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales, maintain visual displays, and manage inventory. This role requires initiative, teamwork and the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
