Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and train non-management staff to drive sales and reinforce brand standards. You’ll partner with store leadership to optimize visual displays, analyze reports for decision making, protect assets, and fulfill OMNI Channel orders while upholding the company culture and values across a fast-paced fashion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
