Job summary

Acima Assistant Store Manager role in a partner store location focuses on driving customer growth through web channels, partner stores and walk-ins. The position emphasizes educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, guiding them through the application process and converting applications into Acima credit customers.

You will work as part of a cooperative team, reporting to the Store Manager and supporting store coworker activities while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web channels, partner stores and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs; explain Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Educate customers on benefits and end-to-end application process.
• Close sales by converting applications for in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report activities to Store Manager.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and ensure customer satisfaction.
