Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to reach full potential daily.

• Monitor and drive store KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Lead promotional sets and routine re-merchandising projects.
• Support cash handling, stock, cleaning and other store tasks.
• Maintain a safe, positive working environment per policy.
