Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving store performance. You will coach team members, maintain visual standards, and implement strategies to meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel between locations may be necessary, with a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily operations.
• Support Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and drive sales.
• Drive customer engagement with the membership program and build loyalty.
• Mentor trainee associates and help achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruiting, training, staffing, and retention of store talent.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink in line with policy.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to standard operating procedures.
