Job summary

Wild Fork in Prosper, TX is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, oversee daily operations, delegate tasks and monitor performance to meet objectives. As second in command, you will mentor staff, drive productivity, coach new hires, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while upholding company policies and values.

This role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or service team and driving performance.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage schedules and onboarding.
• Strong communication and problem solving under pressure.
• Budget awareness and cost control in a store setting.
• Familiarity with standard office software and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, inventory)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Organize the schedule for new hires in a way they can participate in the 6 weeks onboarding program
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires
• Lead continuous training programs and guarantee full participation (Chew on This, Wild Chef, Product Training, new processes, etc.)
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning to the Commercial team
• Handle complaints from customers
• Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
• Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
• Execute other related duties as assigned
