Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and driving productivity. You will lead a dynamic team, coach staff, and ensure objectives are met while delivering a guest-focused experience.

You will mentor Sales Associates, manage onboarding, and collaborate with the Commercial team to optimize product positioning and handle customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Current position for at least six months.
• 360 evaluation completed within 12 months prior to transfer.
• Maintain consistent performance with no active corrective actions.
• Pass screenings and assessments as required for the role.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with initiative beyond the Senior Leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales, orders, inventory).
• Track progress toward weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/training needs.
• Organize schedules for new hires and the 6-week onboarding program.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires.
• Lead continuous training programs and ensure full participation.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Coach and support Sales Associates and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning to Commercial team.
• Handle customer complaints and update store merchandise.
• Create reports and interpret retail data (revenues, expenses, competition).
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Act as store representative and set a positive example.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.
