Job summary

Wild Fork in Frisco, TX seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations and delegating tasks. As second in command, you will monitor performance and drive strategies to meet store objectives while fostering collaboration and guest experience.

You will gain responsibilities in training, staff supervision, and budget management, with opportunities for growth and bonuses as part of a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in retail.
• Must have completed six months in current role.
• Pass any required screenings and interviews.
• Ability to meet budgets and control costs.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP, order management, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning strategies to attract customers.
• Track progress toward weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
• Organize onboarding schedules for new hires.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires.
• Lead continuous training programs and ensure participation.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
• Coach and support Sales Associates.
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews.
• Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Research products and update store merchandise.
• Create reports and analyze revenues/expenses.
• Ensure employees adhere to policies.
• Serve as store representative.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
