Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Team Leader for an in-store leadership role in a Virginia location. You will drive customer experiences, lead a sales team, and collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with a focus on leadership, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Physical requirements include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Prior store leadership preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and assist in achieving sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and delegate tasks.
• Ensure store operations, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives to engage customers.
