Job summary

Kipling is hiring a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Working with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to coach and develop teams.
• Proven record of achieving sales and profit goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and KPI targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric store culture.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Support inventory and visual merchandising to align with brand directives.
• Assist training and onboarding new team members.
• Uphold safety and store policies and loss prevention practices.
