Job summary

Kipling is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards in partnership with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

• Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support the store leadership team in achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
