Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
Physically able to stand, move and lift light to moderate weights.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and meet productivity goals.
Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
