Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years progressively responsible retail experience.
• Good math skills to calculate change, tax, inventory usage.
• Ability to read, write, understand and apply instructions and training materials.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with customers, employees and vendors.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated computer literacy; POS, HR and MS Office helpful.
• Able to work any shift and be on-call for emergencies; reliable attendance.
• Reliable personal transportation and proof of auto insurance for banking and off-site tasks.
• Age 18 or older due to age-restricted product sales.

Aufgaben

• Display a customer-first attitude and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support Store Manager by implementing company programs and motivating staff.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clear coaching to staff on shift to improve performance.
• Assist with new employee training and provide feedback to the manager.
• Maintain calm during high volume and ensure safety and standards.
• Assist in executing marketing, fuel, and food strategies and promotions.
• Ensure pricing and inventory levels meet standards; monitor vendors.
• Follow company policies and local/state/federal laws; report concerns.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile daily receipts; resolve variances.
• Ensure maintenance issues are communicated and resolved promptly.
• Lead safety meetings and conduct safety audits.
• Respond to unusual or emergency situations outside normal hours.
• Perform all work on-site at assigned store.
• Other duties as assigned.
