Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work any shift and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, attentive service to customers.
• Support Store Manager by implementing programs and motivating staff.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach employees on shift with clear, timely feedback.
• Assist with new employee training and performance feedback.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Assist in marketing, fuel, and food strategies and promotions.
• Ensure pricing and inventory levels meet standards; order inventory as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; report issues.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile daily receipts.
• Coordinate maintenance issues and safety audits.
• Respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
• Perform all work on-site at assigned store.
• Complete training within deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
