Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Store Team Lead in Orlando to oversee daily operations, mentor sales leaders, and uphold service standards. You will train staff, drive local marketing initiatives, and ensure product knowledge across the categories to deliver a personal chef shopping experience.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising KPIs, handling inventory, and collaborating with SSL on coaching and campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• 2+ years of customer service in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• 1–2 years of leadership or management in a high-volume setting.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of SAP, order management, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience for customers.
• Be a subject matter expert across product categories and programs.
• Lead by example as a Brand Ambassador with team and customers.
• Handle customer complaints in collaboration with Customer Service.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and guidelines.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new joiners with onboarding and product knowledge.
• Coordinate shadowing and training with the Store Manager for new hires.
• Lead ongoing training programs and campaigns with the SSL.
• Communicate upcoming campaigns and products to the team.
• Evaluate performance and identify training needs with the SSL.
• Motivate Sales Leaders to perform at their best.
• Support daily operations and local marketing to attract customers.
• Coordinate sales processes, orders, and inventory.
• Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and store performance.
• Assist with price updates, campaigns, and related tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of on-hand and out-of-stock inventory.
